OPTIONS FOR TRAFFIC CITATIONS: (in no certain order)

Enter Plea of Not Guilty. The Defendant shall appear in court to present his/her defense in an adversarial setting vs. The State of Texas.You have the right to hire your own attorney or represent yourself.Use the online FORM and send via email with your plea of not guilty.
Request Driver Safety Course for Dismissal. This is a right, but it MUST BE REQUESTED ON OR BEFORE required appearance date or the right is lost. Use the online FORM and send via email. CDL Drivers are not eligible. 95 MPH or more is not eligible. See request form.
Request Deferred Adjudication. The Judge’s option to allow or deny. 90-day probation period with special expense fee. All costs must be paid in full, up front.Use the online FORM and send via email. A successful deferred adjudication leads to a dismissal.
OR Simply Pay the citation.This is an automatic no contest plea with a new entry on your driving record. No forms are required for this option.

Justice Court, 100 W. Liveoak St., Ste 103, Coleman, Tx. 76834.
NO personal checks. No cash. Please note your name, and citation or docket number on your payment.
